The Valero Maintenance Building was a new 113,000 SF office, warehouse and maintenance shop building. Approximately 20,000 SF of office space was provided on the first and second floor. A 25,000 SF conditioned warehouse was provided for high pile storage, the rest of area provided was for three separate shops, locker rooms and support areas.
