A 64,000-square-foot build out of the second floor of a new shell building for typical office space with two MDF rooms with 24-hour A/C. Design included all VAV terminals for the floor and many conference rooms, open office and private office areas.

SIGNIFICANT PROJECT FEATURES

• Coordination with the A/V consultant and architect to verify all requirements were provided including power and A/C for two large MDF rooms with dry pipe sprinkler systems.
• Worked quickly on the 64,000 SF build-out to ensure the tight schedule was met.
