CFI Companies provided MEP services for a 90,000 SF shell medical office building (MOB) that incldued a 240,000 SF parking garage. CFI also provided MEP services for two tenant clinical build-outs: a 25,000 SF suite for Christus Health and a 65,000 SF suite for Texas Oncology.
