CFI Companies provided MEP/FA/FP engineering services for the new Neighborhood Veterinary Centers facility in Nederland, Texas. The new ground-up, two-story animal hospital contains approximately 12,500 SF of space, including eight exam rooms, diagnostic imaging, dental, treatment, surgery, and physical therapy. The facility also includes a pharmacy, diagnostic laboratory, ICU, recovery, and limited boarding on the ground floor. The second floor includes a staff gym, conference center, lockers, and showers, as well as supporting administrative work areas and private offices.
