Senior Project Manager

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Jovan Garcia takes pride in working on nearby places because it is his hometown. Working as a Project Manager, there is no such thing as a typical day for him, but the end goal is always finding new opportunities and meeting the needs of current and potential clients. Jovan’s patience, empathy, and communication has served him well with both clients and employees, and he takes pride in these personal connections.

Jovan believes that, to be a champion, you must see the big picture. It's not about winning and losing; it's about every day hard work and thriving on a challenge. It's about embracing the pain that you'll experience at the end of a race and not being afraid. 

Jovan is committed to continuously learning and staying on top of new sustainable technologies, Jovan stays involved with local organizations such as ASHRAE, USGBC, ASPE and ULI. He believes that staying plugged in to local organizations and being involved allows everyone access to latest industry changes and sustainable practices.

Outside of the office, Jovan volunteers his free time helping with Boy Scouts, coaching Little League baseball and soccer. He enjoys outdoor activities with his wive, two boys and daughter.
