The new Gonzaba Physical Therapy clinic in San Antonio focuses on outpatient services geared toward enhancing physical therapy treatment for older individuals.  Ensuring patient accessibility was a key consideration throughout the design process. This ground-up project required a larger space and new energy efficient capabilities. 

SIGNIFICANT PROJECT FEATURES​​

• CFI Companies worked with the architect and Bell & McCoy to comply with San Antonio’s MLOD requirements on outdoor lighting fixtures using new and existing poles. 
• Lighting power density was better than code minimum requirements allowing for energy efficient LED fixtures and light harvesting capabilites from natural lighting. 
• ​HVAC system consisting of two DX rooftop units totaling 30 tons serving Variable Volume Fan powered boxes.
• Card reader pathways to keypads provided fully functional door security and provided infrastructure for outdoor security system.
