Flotek's New Research & Innovation Leadership Center has state-of-the-art applied and theoretical research laboratories, collaborative innovation centers and customer demonstration facilities that provide for an unparalleled sensory customer experience for 28,000 square feet of laboratories and 17,000 square feet of office, conference room, and support spaces.

SIGNIFICANT PROJECT FEATURES

• 8 70-ton 100% outside air rooftop units and 2 60-ton rooftop units for office areas utilizing main supply air headers. 
• Acid waste and dilution tank / laboratory gasses.
• Variable volume laboratory exhaust of over 40 fume hoods and several  laboratory snorkels 
• Emergency generator and power for essential laboratory and life safety systems.
