EADS’ new 40,000 SF office/warehouse was built-out in an existing shell warehouse structure; 16,000 SF was allocated for a new office space and 24,000 was allocated for the warehouse. The warehouse included shop air, Big-Ass fans and automated control of the make-up air system. The office portion utilized single-zone rooftop units.
