In an approximately 1,128 SF store with only 787 SF of sales and display area, this 13-year-old store had a major overhaul. CFI provided an all new electrical system, state-of-the-art lighting controls at each VIP space, lighting UPS systems, updated chilled water unit and new plumbing systems. Continuous collaboration with the European design group CAP and local architect Abel Design Group made the project a success even during the onset of early COVID. Contractor Hirsch Construction was selected as the GC and made great strides to deliver the project on time and budget. The challenge for this small space was all the electrical systems, millwork controls and lighting.
